Iloilo City, February 14, 2024- In a historic moment at the Iloilo Convention Center, Megaworld Business Complex, Administrator Eduardo Eddie G. Guillen officially took his oath of office during the 1000th Regular Board Meeting of the National Irrigation Administration (NIA).
